On possession 5% of BSP+Ragistration +50%PLC+other charges

In Down Payment Plan - Assured income of 12% p.a.
Note: In case of advance adjustment of assured income, duration would remain 01 year and adjustment would be done @ 11.25%.

  • The payment can be made through Demand Draft/Pay Order Payable at Delhi/ Gurgaon/ Fbd. & cheque favouring M/s Piyush Shelter India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Prices indicated above are subject to revision on the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Prices, terms and conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive.
  • Stamp Duty/registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.
  • The above prices are super area which include the covered area plus proportionate common area such as corridors, passages, lifts, staircase, escalators, projection & architectural features etc.
  • Statutory taxes, EDC, IDC and other Govt. levies, if any, would be payable extra.
