The above
prices are Exclusive of External Development Charges (EDC) &
Infrastructure Development Charges. At present these charges
are Rs. 150/- per sq.ft. In case of any upward revision
thereof or any other charges by any Govt. agencies in
future, the same shall be recovered on pro-rata basis

Other
charges as indicated in the Buyer Agreement shall be payable
additionally.

The
payment due for Construction Linked Plan on the basis of
present stage of construction shall be paid within 30 days
of booking and the balance shall be paid as per the above
plan.

Registration, Stamp Duty & other charges as applicable,
would be payable by the allottee at the time of execution of
sale deed.

Any
additional facility, if provided or charges applicable in
future will be charged extra.
